I have a background in teaching and am also a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. I gravitated towards Reiki because of my love of helping others pursue their health and wellness goals through energy alignment and learning how to follow your intuition to feel your best. During Reiki sessions, I will support you as you navigate calming your nervous system, releasing stress and reconnecting with your inner being. This can help you feel more in alignment as you embark on your personal and sustainable health journey.
